Job Title: Proposition Manager – Savings
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 and up to 20% bonus and benefits

This includes both actively managing our pricing and performance whilst also working on expanding our product set and proposition.Your Impact: Building a greener tomorrowAs a Proposition Manager at Tandem your focus will be on:

• Delivery of change to our product pricing, customer communications and customer experience
• Identifying opportunities for innovation with our savings proposition
• Working with key stakeholders across the business to embed best practice, continually improving our policies and procedures
• Identifying and delivering opportunities with Marketing to drive customer engagement

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• An understanding of savings products
• Strong organisational skills
• Experience managing key stakeholders across different levels of a business
• A track record of implementing change

It would be great, but not essential if you have:

• Experience within a Financial Services Product Team
• A working knowledge of embedding Consumer Duty principles
• A familiarity with Savings regulations
