Qualifications

Responsibilities:
Asset Tracking: Manage the organization’s IT assets throughout their lifecycle, ensuring accurate inventory records, timely request fulfillments, and efficient shipping and receiving processes . Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IT asset management processes .
Logistics Management: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including their location, status, and configuration . Handle shipping and receiving activities related to IT assets, including packaging, labeling, and tracking shipments . Provide workspace with IT equipment for Onboarding employees
Audits: Conduct ongoing audits of the asset inventory to verify accuracy and completeness, and make necessary updates to the inventory records . Ensure off boarding employees return issued assets . Ensure on boarding employees to provide appropriate assets .
Resource Allocation: Collaborate with the operations team to allocate resources efficiently, ensuring that hardware and materials are available when needed and optimizing utilization .
Documentation: Keep detailed records of inventory, shipments, and audits, and provide regular reports to management.
Technology Skills: Utilize inventory management software and other tools to maintain accurate records.
Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with various teams, including Operations, IT, Procurement, and Finance to ensure smooth workflow.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records and take proactive measures to prevent inventory-related issues.
Daily monitoring of the Service Request Module (SRM) in the Remedy System
Manage asset property passes
Aid, as needed, with special projects
WORK LOCATION AND DURATION
This position supports a coordinated team across multiple locations and offers either remote work status or a hybrid remote – onsite schedule; some travel may be required.
STANDARD KBR REQUIREMENTS:
All of KBR’s employee’s must be team players, able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers, able to follow safety and quality policies, able to follow company programs, processes, procedures, practices, requirements, goals, and objectives. In addition, they must also be organized, with good time management skills.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Three years of continuous residency in the US for issuance of a Government Security credential
The candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a national agency check and background investigation after hire to obtain a badge for government facility access and user account.
Experience and/or Education in lieu of these qualifications will be reviewed for applicability to meet these requirements.
