About Our Client:Our client, located in Mississauga, is hiring a Purchasing Manager to lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on cost optimization, vendor performance, and supply chain efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead supplier negotiations, contracts, and procurement strategy.
• Optimize supply chain operations, cost control, and risk management.
• Manage KPIs, vendor scorecards, and performance reviews.
• Oversee and develop the Purchasing Team.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of purchasing experience in manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and ERP expertise.
• SCMP, CPIM, or CPM certification is a plus.
• Proven leadership in procurement and process improvement.
