This company is a world-class leader in the commercial aerospace industry, providing high quality structures, systems, and components for jet manufacturers and defense projects for the United States. Utilizing various metal materials you would be crafting and assembling different components for specifications on aircraft.

This Temp-To-Hire Purchasing Support role has great opportunities within their organization, an ideal Monday-Friday schedule where you’re off by 3PM every day. When overtime is available, it would be at the front of the shift so you don’t have to stay late! They offer great benefits upon permanent hire and plenty of opportunities for growth within their organization.

Pay:

  • $19-21/hr

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday 630AM-3PM

Purchasing Support Responsibilities:

  • Receive in certs from vendors, make copies and pull work orders
  • Scan documents and upload
  • Verify documentation on work orders for next steps
  • Writing purchase orders for subcontract and processing
  • Assist in PO workflow

Purchasing Support Job Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of recent longevity in a role
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, and walk as needed
  • Proficiency in : Excel, Word and Access
  • 30 WPM for Data Entry
  • Metal Industry or Aerospace experience preferred
  • Knowledge of AS400 a PLUS
