Job Title QA MANAGERBusiness PurposeThe mission of Amadeus’ Hotel IT team is to design and deliver high performance systems that can process tens of thousands of requests per second and return the highest level of accuracy in the fastest response time. Our SaaS platforms are designed to serve millions of users who are seeking information and reservations from tens of thousands of hotels offering millions of hotel rooms around the world. Utilizing our proven ability to build and deploy mission critical software for the global travel industry, we are creating the next generation of technology solutions for the hospitality industry including: reservations and distribution, high-volume data acquisition from heterogeneous sources, sophisticated search engines, payment processing, hotel operations, business intelligence, and revenue management.The Amadeus Hotel Platform is the heart of a hotel chain’s business. It serves as the central point of pricing, configuration, and booking for every hotel in a chain. The system maintains thousands of hotel configurations, millions of pricing rules, and hundreds of millions of hotel reservations at any given time. Whenever any of this data is created or modified, the Amadeus Hotel Platform must synchronize with the rest of the hotel infrastructure.Your Main ResponsibilitiesCommon accountabilities:We’re looking for an experienced Manager QA in HOSPITALITY HOTEL IT ACRS (Amadeus CRS) – End to End team for managing :Assisting and leading ACRS E2E – SAFE MIGRATION : PI/ SRM – PO and SM, E2E PI PlanningRepresent E2E in ACRS Community program and lead E2E Community Testing activitiesProficient in technical knowledge to ensure team performs at a high level. Is recognized as a leader in own area and may formally train Specialists/Senior Specialists. ​Understands how main business drivers may impact on own area. Can assess complex problems with broad impact on the activity, improve processes, recommend solutions and risk mitigation plans. Able to communicate complex information.​Works with a high level of autonomy, based on management directions. Leads projects or contributes to broad cross-functional projects. May contribute to planning of resources and budget.Specific accountabilities:Proficient in technical knowledge to ensure team performs at a high level. Is recognized as a leader in own area and may formally train Specialists/Senior Specialists. ​Understands how main business drivers may impact on own area. Can assess complex problems with broad impact on the activity, improve processes, recommend solutions and risk mitigation plans. May contribute to planning of resources and budget.Ensure compliance of test strategy with CI/CD guidelines, Green IT guidelines and all quality guidelines (SDL, STDL), QA best practices/standards from the industry.Define and maintain test strategy & own the test plan for the project, product or releaseDevelop a relationship structure between the relevant levels of decision for both Amadeus and customer organizations involved in testingAccompany and support the customer during UAT for all testing mattersResponsible for the execution of brush testsAnalyze all testing requirements for internal BU or cross BUFollow the results of the test campaigns performed by the QA EngineersProvide the appropriate sign off for functional, non-functional and non-regression validations between each phase of the life cycleProvide the appropriate Sign-off of releasesFollow-up issues and trigger actions to ensure sustainability of the productResponsible for the monitoring of the software quality KPIs over the different testing phasesDeliver regular reports to counterparts (QA Engineers, Product Definition Analysts and Software Development Engineers) on the evolution of the quality along the testing phasesCollaborate with development teams, commercial and cross-functional test teams to prioritize requirements and streamline execution.What we can offer youBe rewarded with a competitive remuneration, an individual and company bonus and enjoy many benefits.Work from anywhere: Flexible teleworking from 1 to 3 days per week.
