As a QA Manager at Qventus, you’ll lead a talented group of QA Engineers to design and develop state-of-the-art automation frameworks and functional testing processes for our innovative software solutions. Your expertise will ensure our products achieve the highest standards of reliability and performance, directly contributing to our mission of enhancing patient care.

As a QA Manager, you will:

• Innovate and Lead: Spearhead the design and development of highly efficient testing and verification processes that set industry standards.

• Collaborate and Strategize: Work cross-functionally to review product requirements and technical design documentation, creating robust testing strategies for new features.

• Drive Excellence: Champion the implementation of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes, ensuring seamless and high-quality software delivery.

• Analyze and Improve: Scrutinize test results, troubleshoot issues, and enhance our applications’ performance and reliability.

• Mentor and Grow: Foster a culture of quality and collaboration, working closely with engineers and product managers to embed quality into every stage of the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive testing plans that anticipate every scenario.

• Design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge automated testing frameworks and systems.

• Manage and optimize resources to ensure timely and effective test execution.

• Create and implement innovative testing tools and frameworks to automate processes.

• Maintain exceptional test coverage throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Report, track, and manage defects and testing coverage with precision.

• Build and maintain a fully automated regression suite.

• Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines to ensure thorough testing before production deployments.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5-7 years of software quality assurance experience with a strong focus on automation testing.

• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# (Python preferred).

• Industry Knowledge: Prior experience with the US healthcare industry is a plus.

• Automation Expertise: Experience developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks like Selenium, TestNG, or similar.

• Methodologies: Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• CI/CD Tools: Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins or CircleCI.

It’s a Plus if You Have:

• Experience with OpenAI API development/testing.

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Candidates are required to work from our NCR/Noida offices for at least three (3) days a week as well as keep US based timings that can extend to 12:30 am IST.
