You will also have access to our R&D Academy, designed to develop our team and allow you to grow in our great organisation.About the roleThe QOS & Compliance Associate involves becoming the Compliance SME for the Stability & Scientific Services team, managing compliance with the main aim being able to achieve and maintain a position of zero overdue records and 100% inspection readiness. It also involves supporting the team in audits and ensuring audit-readiness.The QOS author responsibilities involve authoring the Quality Overall Summary, reviewing Module 3 sections and working with R&D category and operations teams to ensure the quality of Module 3 submissions for the purposes of new product development license applications, global rollout of existing products and license renewals.The likely split of the role will be 70% Compliance and 30% QOS but this is subject to change dependant on the needs of the business.Your responsibilitiesKey Compliance Officer responsibilities:– Monitor and coordinate open deviations, change controls and risk management records to work with the Stability & Scientific Services team to ensure they are completed to the right standard and don’t go overdue.– Track and input into the scheduled tasks (e.g. self-inspections, data integrity governance plans, equipment maintenance, SOP updates) and work with the wider team to ensure they are completed on time and to the required standard.– Prepare and present KPIs as needed, for example in the HTSG managers meeting.– Provide compliance support during internal and external audits.Key QOS Author responsibilities:– Authoring of the Quality Overall Summary (module 2.3. of the CTD)– Performing final review of the full Module 3 prior to submission– Provide feedback to teams and predict potential regulatory authority questions– Act as a consultant for R&D teams at any stage of product development.– Provide training and maintain templates and checklists to enable Module 3 authors to produce high quality Module 3 documents.The experience we’re looking for– Experience in a product development environment (formulation and/or analytical).– Experience working with Module 3 documents, including authoring, reviewing and ideally approving.– Experience training both 1-on-1 and larger groups in a range of different topics.– Experience working within a Quality Management System (ideally with direct experience of the QualityOne application).– Experience working with a Document Managements System (ideally with direct experience in Lotus Notes TDS and CARA)– Qualified to a degree standard in a relevant scientific disciplineThe skills for successR&D, Product Lifecycle Management, Commercial Awareness, Business Partnership, Collaboration, Partnership building, Collaborator, Ability to challenge the status quo, Propose improvement, Accountability, Adaptability.What we offerWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.We invest in the wellbeing of our people through parental benefits, an Employee Assistance Program to promote mental health, and life insurance for all employees globally.
