QSW-Looked After Children-£35ph-HybridNonStop Care are working with a well established local authority in the East of Yorkshire for an experienced Social Worker to join their Looked After Children’s team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Children’s Services & will strive towards the best possible outcome for services users in their care.This position offers hybrid working options, allowing you to manage your own caseloads & diary from the comfort of your own home, meaning you will create a fantastic work life balance.This local authority are offering fantastic training & development opportunities, giving you the chance to progress your training & gain more responsibility if you so wish, meaning you will have greater chances for your own career development.Some responsibilities of this role include;

• Completing assessments, visits & establishing care plans for those in need.
• Identifying the needs of children in your care.
• Liaison with relevant agencies & authorities to ensure that the greatest standard of care and assistance is given to those in need of support.

Requirements:

• A degree in Social Work & Social Work England registration
• A drivers license
• An up to date DBS check
• The ideal candidate will have experience working in Children’s Services, ideally working with Looked After Children or Children in Care.
