Quality And Continuous Improvement Coordinator | Swing Shift | Direct Hire

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity as a Quality and Continuous Improvement Junior Level Coordinator.

With decades of experience helping their partners and customers grow their business, this company has experience in every aspect of online direct-to-consumer sales, mass and specialty retail, promotional product sales and commercial print. They specialize in personalized printing, business printing, photo printing and on-demand printing.

They have the capacity to produce millions of photos and cards each day as well as books and gift products each year!

Role Responsibilities:

• Implement quality control processes
• Implement and support non-conformance material containment process
• Monitor and correct issues contrary to Quality standards and SOP
• Investigate and resolve Quality issues
• Implement corrective and preventive actions
• Analyze data and performance metrics
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies and other continuous improvement tools

Role Requirements:

• Education or Equivalent Work Experience
• Proven Experience in quality assurance in manufacturing environment
• Proficient in use of quality management tools and software
• Interprets blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
• Ability to work seasonal holidays during Nov-Dec months
• Microsoft Suite Efficient

This position is great for someone who has previous proved success as a maintenance manger or supervisor in a high volume production environment, and is focused on overall improvement and managing costs while also ensuring you have an effective maintenance team.


Pay:
$22-$26 DOE

Schedule: Mon-Fri 2pm-11pm, weekends off!
