DACBeachcroft have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and knowledgeable Quality Auditor to join our Quality Team on a full-time, permanent, hybrid basis in our Leeds office. This role would suit someone who ideally has experience in a similar role within a law environment, although we would consider applicants from other regulated industries.Our Quality Team sits within the Office of the General Counsel (OGC), which is responsible for managing compliance and risk within the firm. Part of the Group’s remit is to monitor quality in all groups and functions throughout the firm and the evaluation of quality is carried out predominantly by Quality Auditors.Quality Auditors are responsible for conducting internal audits across the business to measure compliance with the policies, controls and procedures in place as well as compliance with agreed client criteria where required.The audit output is analysed for trends and to assess the effectiveness of controls, with a view to continuous improvement. Audit results are discussed with audit stakeholders and/or the OGC and action plans are agreed for any areas requiring improvement.
