In this role, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring quality standards are met. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement quality control processes, and monitor the success of these initiatives.As a Quality/CI Engineer, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of the organization by optimizing processes, reducing waste, and enhancing overall product quality. - Identify areas for continuous improvement and develop strategies for implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality control processes
- Monitor and evaluate the success of quality initiatives and make adjustments as necessary
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas of improvement
- Provide training and support to employees on quality control processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in quality management or continuous improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies
- Experience with quality management systems and tools
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
