Quality Control Technician | Entry Level | Day Shift

If you have had experience within quality control or quality inspection, have been with your employer for at least six months-one year, and are looking for a great work environment, this position could be perfect for you.

A new local car part manufacturer in East Mesa is growing their manufacturing department and is looking to hire a Quality Control Technician to their team. They offer opportunities for advancement, their facility is air-conditioned, and they use state-of-the-art equipment.

This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectivey when there is a problem with the product noticed

This position is a full-time, temporary-to-hire job that come with benefits, work-life balance and weekends off!

 Job Duties:

• Inspecting incoming products for quality and any discrepancies
• In-process inspection, testing components on the seats and wiring
• Final product inspection- visual, sound and measurement inspection
• Logging data into computer system
• Communication with department supervisors on anything that does not meet compliance

Pay: $17/hr. Once hired on the pay goes up to $20.25 with additional pay increase opportunities 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:45am – 2:30pm (Mandatory OT with 24 hour notice provided) 

Job Requirements:

• 6 months – 1 year working with the same employer in your current or most recent position
• experience in a quality position or having an aspect of your previous job being quality related
• Ability to stand and work with hands and arms throughout full shift
• Ability to lift heavy items over 50 lbs throughout full shift
• Collaborate with other team members and supervisors
• Steel toe boots required
