Quality Manager

An established manufacturing company in Phoenix is looking to add an
experienced Quality Engineer to their team.

This growing company provides automation and control solutions
to various industries. The company specializes in the development of systems
that enhance building management, industrial processes, and energy management.

Quality
Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead the quality management team, ensuring that
  products and services meet required quality standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control
  processes to improve product quality and production efficiency.
• Utilize quality tools and methods (e.g., Six
  Sigma, Lean, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis) to identify and resolve quality issues
  within the organization.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with industry
  regulations and standards.
• Work closely with customers to understand their
  needs and resolve any quality-related concerns.

You will be successful in this role if you have a strong quality
leadership background within a manufacturing environment.

Schedule: Monday
– Friday, flexible day shift hours.

Quality
Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of
  experience in quality management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or
  supervisory role.
• Proficiency in quality
  management tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, Statistical Process
  Control (SPC), Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, and others.
• Industry experience in
  semiconductors, electronics, engineering, or similar sectors is highly
  preferred, but we are open to candidates with transferable skills from other
  industries.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal
  skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and engage with
  customers effectively.

Compensation: $75,000
– 115,000, depending on experience.
