Job descriptionOverviewWe are currently seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to join one a highly a highly reputable client focused on food production.Salary: £40kHours: 7:30 to 4:30pmWithin 3 miles of North Cave, HU15.Travel: rear occasion international / nationalDuties– Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures– Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement– Analyse data to determine areas of weakness and implement corrective actions– Collaborate with production teams to establish quality control processes– Level 3-4 HACCP, TACCP & VACCP qualifications– Manage a team of fourExperience– Proven experience in a quality management role– Strong analytical skills to analyse data and identify trends– In-depth knowledge of HACCP principles– Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders– Ability to lead a team effectively in maintaining high-quality standardsDesirable Qualifications
- Level 4 Food hygiene qualification.
- NEBOSH / IOSH qualification.
- Lead auditor qualifications
- Internal auditor qualifications
