Quality Supervisor | Injection Molding | Direct Hire

If you have recent experience as a Quality Lead or Supervisor within the Plastic Injection Molding Industry, then this could be the fit for you! 

A leading provider of custom injection molding, tooling & design sourcing is looking to add a Process Technician onto their growing team!

This is a full-time, DIRECT HIRE opportunity with a condensed schedule that will give you a 3-day weekend every week!

Quality Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Logging process control documentation
• Assist in implementation of operational standards to ensure quality manufacturing
• Managing a small team of 2-3 people
• Implement drawing changes, tracking revisions, quality approval processes and sample approvals.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in Injection Molding machine operation or packaging who likes to stay busy and be hands-on!

Schedule: Condensed work week – Fri, Sat and Sun off!  

• Mon-Thurs 7am-5pm

Quality Supervisor Requirements:

• 2 years QA documentation experience
• Ability to investigate, analyze and resolve customer issues
• Understand FMEA, Quality Control Plans, Flow Charts, Operation Standards, and Process Control Documentation
• High energy, good communication and analytical skills

Pay: $60K+ Direct Hire

Location: South East Mesa off of Ray and Power Rd. Near the 202 (not public transportation accessible)
