We have a fantastic opportunity for a Quality Technician I or II to join a fast-growing company in the renewable energy sector at their cutting-edge facility in Burlington, WA. This company specializes in designing, engineering, and manufacturing innovative solar panel products specifically for North America.
In this Direct Hire Quality Technician I or II position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products and services. You will bring advanced expertise in quality control and assurance processes as a Quality Technician II.

Quality Technician I or II Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect output samples and ensure adherence to standards, legal requirements, and Work Instructions (WI).
- Review blueprints and specifications, and conduct testing at various manufacturing stages.
- Record inspection results, summarize re-works and waste, and input data into the quality database.
- Train production teams on quality control measures and support them with quality and process issues.
- Propose process improvements, monitor equipment safety, and verify calibration accuracy.
- Compile statistical quality data and create reports for management, suggesting enhancements as needed.
Quality Technician I or II Schedule:
- 12-hour shifts (6am – 6pm)
- 2,2,3 Pitman schedule
- 36-hour week/48-hour week – have weekends off for half the year!
Quality Technician I or II Pay:
- $23 – $26 per hour
- OT available
Quality Technician I or II Job Requirements:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision yet knows when to ask for help.
- Proven proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office Excel programs, and statistical software packages.
- Excellent understanding of problem-solving techniques.
- Works well within a team environment.
- Works well independently, and within a team environment.
- Manufacturing experience in a technical role
- Previous PV module manufacturing experience is preferred.
