We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes.Want to come and be a part of it?What will you be doing?You’ll be managing costs, value, and contracts, with a focus on achieving client and company targets, commercial and financial reporting.We’ll ask you to Identify contract variations and managing changes effectively whilst overseeing subcontract procurement and management.You’ll also be preparing accurate quarterly forecasts and reconciling costs.Leading and mentoring team members is vital for this role. - A degree (or equivalent qualification) in Quantity Surveying or a related construction field
- Reasonable level of identifiable commercial experience within the construction industry
- A strong understanding of NEC contracts
- Proficiency in IT, particularly MS Office
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage and inspire others.
