This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Housebuilder as a quantity surveyor in the Coventry area. The hiring manager is also open to an experienced assistant quantity surveyor to take the step up.the location
office near Coventry with sites across the whole of Warwickshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.the role
As a Quantity Surveyor you will report directly to the Commercial Management team and hold responsibility for between 2-4 new build residential sites.who will be considered
The job is well suited for both Quantity Surveyor and experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor who are ready to make the next step up in their career.
A successful candidate would have a proven track record of efficient cost management and negotiation when working for a housebuilder as a Quantity Surveyor or similar.the package
on offer is an attractive package consisting of base salary between £45,000 to £55,000 exp dependent, plus car allowance, bonus, healthcare, 28 days holiday, good pension, share incentives, and lots more.key responsibilities

• benchmarking and analysis of build costs
