This well-established yet growing construction company operates across London, specializing in heritage projects, including the refurbishment, restoration, and maintenance of prestigious and high-value properties in the residential and commercial sectors. Working on large estates, museums, and other listed buildings, they have built an impressive portfolio of projects and clientele. With a strong focus on delivering high-quality products and services, the company has consistently succeeded since its inception. Due to a recent surge in work, they are looking to expand their team with this excellent opportunity.In this role, you will be based in the office with frequent site visits across London. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Your responsibilities will include assessing drawings, budget control and evaluation, sourcing suitable suppliers and materials, hiring and supervising subcontractors, and overseeing overall project management. You will also be responsible for monitoring project timelines and updating them as needed, as well as maintaining consistent communication with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth project execution.The ideal candidate will be a Quantity Surveyor with experience in the construction sector, capable of managing projects commercially from start to finish, and seeking a long-term opportunity within a reputable construction company.This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a respected and expanding construction company, gaining exposure to a diverse range of projects and clients while receiving support for further technical and professional development.The Role:

• Quantity Surveyor
• Previous experience in the construction sector
• Commutable distance to the head office outside Crawley
• Willing to travel to sites, primarily in Central London
