The firm understands the importance of a healthy work-life balance, promoting a positive atmosphere for its employees.The roleThe firm is seeking to hire a Real Estate Finance Partner to join their office in the heart of the West End of London.The firm is seeking to open a new property finance department due to an influx of new work, and the hiring of two new partners.
You will work alongside highly regardedReal Estate and Corporate Partners. You will work with the Partners to drive this break-off department forward, you will also have a lot of autonomy to make the role your own. The Corporate and Real Estate departments are currently thriving with an abundance of interesting and good-quality work coming through the door. You will have the opportunity to get involved in strategic conversations and planning regarding the future direction of this new department.You will deal with a diverse and broad caseload, which will make for an interesting role. You will act for both banks and borrowers. You will deal with both residential and commercial property financing.Requirements

• You will be a Real Estate Finance Lawyer with at least seven years PQE + (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will be able to work without supervision
• You should have had some good business development experience
• Salary is competitive and dependant on your background, you will also receive an industry-leading benefits package
