The firm’s major real estate team is one of the jewels in the crown without question, boasting well over 200 lawyers UK-wide, based in a number of UK locations, and the team is continuing to go from strength to strength, winning new work all the time and regularly hiring additional, high-profile lawyers to keep moving the department forward.They have just announced this new vacancy for their Bristol team and they are ideally looking for an ambitious lawyer perhaps with at least a year of top-quality Real Estate experience under their belt, most likely gained from working at a large regional or city firm. Just as important though, we know the team well and we know they always look closely for excellent drafting skills, a strong sense of commercial pragmatism and of course the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.The work ranges from development projects and acquisitions and disposals of investment, retail and industrial property to landlord and tenant issues and general estate and portfolio management, advising landlords and/or tenants on large portfolios of properties.The work is second to none but crucially is varied and interesting to ensure you develop a strong portfolio of experience and expertise.
