Contract Type: [Full-time/Part-time/Temporary/Permanent]In response to increased demand for Receptionists in Blackpool, we are hiring detail-oriented and proactive Receptionists to aid our Primary and Secondary Schools in and across Blackpool and contribute to the smooth management of our various educational facilities.What will you receive from Us??

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the school’s main office and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
  • Maintain and update student records and databases.
  • Assist with the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Support the school’s financial administration, including processing invoices and managing petty cash.
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff and school leadership.
  • Oversee the ordering and management of office supplies and equipment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements:

  • An Enhanced Child DBS or willingness to undertake one (we can help with this).
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
  • Comprehensive CV covering the last 10 years of education/employment history with any breaks explained.
