** Winner of the Kings Award for Enterprise 2024! **Our Bosville, Marmalade and Bracken Hide Hotels are hiring 3 Receptionists to join their teams in Portree, The Isle of Skye. This is a seasonal contract, and you will be working between 16 to 40 hours per week, from Monday to Sunday.This is a guest-facing position; as a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests at the hotel, making it crucial to create a great impression. The receptionist should be professional, polite, knowledgeable, self-motivated, and helpful, always ready to assist customers with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction. Multi-tasking and functioning under pressure are part of the daily routine.We seek candidates who are passionate about guest service, possess problem-solving skills, and take pride in their work. A beautiful juxtaposition of the historic Manor House and contemporary architecture, this 4-star hotel welcomes guests who appreciate design details and luxurious comfort.The Bracken Hidel, in Portree. The Bracken Hide is a new four-star wilderness hotel, which connects guests to the magic of the Island, the stunning land and seascapes and the nature that abounds. We are located on 52 acres to the west of Portree. Close enough to leave the car and walk into Portree.
