Part-Time Receptionist – FTSE250 Business – City of London (Office-Based)Our client, a fast-growing, internationally focused FTSE250 business, is seeking a proactive and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join their team. This hands-on, varied role is office-based 3-4 days per week (not required on Fridays) and involves working closely with PAs and the Facilities Team to ensure the smooth running of the office.Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome, meeting and greeting all visitors.
  • Handle incoming calls, take accurate messages, and direct calls as appropriate.
  • Oversee meeting rooms, ensuring they are tidy and well-stocked with supplies.
  • Manage office consumables, including ordering stationery and food/drink items.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the team.
  • Assist with organising social and team events.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or office support role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional and approachable demeanour with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proactive and flexible, with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
  • Collaborative team player who can build strong working relationships.

Details and Benefits

  • Salary: £25,000-£32,000 per annum (pro rata, depending on experience).
  • Working Arrangement: Office-based 3-4 days per week (Monday-Thursday, excluding Fridays).
