This is a full-time, temp to hire role with a manufacturing company that supports the semiconductor industry. This company manufactures chemicals that are used by other companies in their processes. They continue to remain stable and growing and have not had to do any reductions in over a decade.

In this role, you will be greeting visitors, answering phones and supporting other departments with various tasks such as filing and data entry. They are looking for an energetic individual to join their team.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in visitors
  • Answer phones
  • Support internal department needs

Receptionist Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months previous office or administrative experience
  • Proficient with MS Office
