Job RequirementsHotel Sax Paris (5*) is assembling its opening team and is looking for its future Receptionist.Responsibilities:

• Provide a personalized and warm welcome to guests, ensuring exceptional service in line with the hotel’s luxury standards.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience.
• Serve as the main point of contact for guests, addressing their specific needs and requests quickly and efficiently.
• Track and relay guests’ special requests to the relevant departments.
• Manage payments, billing, and cash register closing.
• Collaborate with internal teams (concierge, housekeeping, food and beverage, etc.) to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

• Impeccable presentation and professional demeanor at all times.
• Exceptional service skills and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Discretion, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
