We are currently recruiting for Receptionists to join us in the Hotels at the Alton Towers Resort, the UK’s only attraction that specialises in making Britain happy!

Want to make a great big smiling first impression? In this crucial customer facing role, the Reception team alternate between our five Hotels and. It’s vital that the team work together as it’s the customers’ first and last impression that really counts. You’ll be responsible for taking ownership of any guest issues, cash and key handling as well as ensuring relevant guest information gets passed to the correct department.

Pay Range

Compensation between GBP £7.49/Hr.-GBP £11.44/Hr.
