This construction company is looking for a Receptionist to join their busy team.
In this full-time, temp to hire role you will be greeting clients and visitors, answering incoming calls, and help with ordering and doing inventory for office supplies.
Receptionist Duties:
- Answer and route incoming calls
- General office support (order supplies, vendor communication, email etc.)
- Timely and accurate filing, reconciliation, and reporting
- Ship & label packages for deliveries
- Support the HR Department where/when needed
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm
Receptionist Requirements:
- Strong organizational and document management skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain priorities
- Detail Oriented
- Microsoft Suites proficiency is a plus
You will do well if you are organized and self-driven!
Pay: $18-$20hr
Location: Mesa
