Receptionist | Work Life Balance

This construction company is looking for a Receptionist to join their busy team.

In this full-time, temp to hire role you will be greeting clients and visitors, answering incoming calls, and help with ordering and doing inventory for office supplies. 

Receptionist Duties:

  • Answer and route incoming calls
  • General office support (order supplies, vendor communication, email etc.)
  • Timely and accurate filing, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Ship & label packages for deliveries
  • Support the HR Department where/when needed

Schedule: 

Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm

Receptionist Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and document management skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain priorities
  • Detail Oriented
  • Microsoft Suites proficiency is a plus

You will do well if you are organized and self-driven! 

Pay:  $18-$20hr

Location: Mesa
