As part of our 2025 expansion, we’re on the lookout for a motivated, results-driven Recruiter to join our team and help us continue our success story.The RoleAs a Recruiter, you’ll be crucial in connecting with top talent and meeting our clients’ needs. You’ll handle both temporary and permanent placements and support in building our brand in the local area. If you’re proactive, customer-focused, and an excellent communicator, we’d love to have you on board.We are now getting busier every week and we need someone to help build on recent success. This role offers a clear, fully mapped-out progression path, starting with gaining your REC qualifications and progressing through structured development and training within Aligra.What we offer
- Basic salary between £28,000 – £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

- Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, both over the phone and face to face, understanding their hiring needs, and creating attractive adverts.
- Candidate Discovery: Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, screening thorough interviews and assessments.
- Recruitment Process: Manage the end-to-end temporary and permanent recruitment processes, from advertising to placing candidates in suitable roles. Ensuring compliance throughout.
- Targets and Reporting: Meet and exceed individual and team targets, maintain accurate records in our recruitment software.
Qualifications and Experience
- Desirable: Previous experience in recruitment or a similar sales environment.
- Desirable: Experience recruiting for warehouse and driving roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Familiarity with job boards and recruitment software is a plus.
