You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, ensuring that we continue to deliver unparalleled experienceKey Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers across various departments to gain a deep understanding of their staffing needs, including short-term and long-term workforce planning.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilise a multi-channel approach, including job boards, social media, industry events, and networking, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit within the Chisholm Hunter ethos.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening through to offer negotiation, reference checks, and successful onboarding.
  • Talent Pipeline: Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs, ensuring a continuous pool of exceptional candidates.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to adapt and enhance our strategies

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in volume recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • A background in HR with a specialisation in recruitment would be ideal.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and colleagues.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • A genuine passion for people and a discerning eye for identifying exceptional talent
