You will craft incredible candidate experiences, run end-to end hiring processes, create a pipeline of top talent and lead on key initiatives to inspire major change. As a key member of our growing international recruiting team, you’ll play a significant role in forging the future of Figma.This is a full time role that can be held from our London hub.What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Run full-cycle recruiting processes for our Go-to-Market, Business Operations, Marketing, Product Support and GBO teams
  • Partner with business stakeholders and executives across global teams, but with a primary focus on EMEA
  • Source and build healthy, representative pipelines to engage passive talent including: cold outreach, events, and content production whilst also effectively handling inbound applications
  • Leverage data to inform your hiring strategy and articulate these insights to executives in order to influence and drive positive change
  • Identify, conceptualise and drive business improvement initiatives
  • Champion Figma values and ensure these are at the forefront of your work
  • Spearhead initiatives relating to belonging, equity and impact (BEI)

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • 7+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting in a high growth business with a presence across the EMEA region
  • Experience partnering with senior executives on director level requisitions
  • Expert knowledge of the SaaS/ scaling tech landscape and who our competitors in this space may be
  • Excellent communication, in all formats and ability to adapt communication style based upon audience
  • Sophisticated approach to developing a hiring strategy, including sourcing, representative talent attraction, client partnerships, continuous improvement and candidate experience

While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Direct experience within a SaaS company
  • Experience hiring into JAPAC and ANZ regions
  • Language skills: fluency in French or German
