A highly regarded non-profit in Seattle is looking for a dedicated Recruiter to join their team and support essential outreach services for adults living unsheltered. As a Recruiter, you will lead recruiting efforts for outreach staff, partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure a strong alignment with the organization’s values and goals. This is a fulltime, direct hire, hybrid role with 4 days on-site in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood and 1 day working remotely.
Recruiter Job Duties:
You will be successful in this role if you are a strong communicator, organized, and skilled at working collaboratively with a team dedicated to social impact!
Recruiter Requirements:
Location: Belltown, Seattle
No on-site parking available; transit options recommended.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm?
Salary: $75,000-$85,000/year
