Fixed term contract for 6 months starting asap!Circa £35,000 to £40,000 pro rata plus Staff DiscountsMonday to Friday office based (Flexible hours between 8.30am and 5pm)Our client (who is one of Gloucestershire’s fastest growing Companies ) has instructed us to source a skilled Recruiter to join their team, on a six month fixed term contract. Due to expansion and the opening of 10 new locations by the end of the year, there are a lot of people to bring on board, from locations in Ireland down to Exeter. Based in their fabulous new offices in Quedgeley you will be part of the companies expansion team and have the full HR support around you.The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent within the Retail sector. From Shop Managers to part-time students to work in stores . If you have retail recruitment experience even better !Duties:
– Utilise various recruitment tools and platforms to attract applicants.
– Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential candidates, telephone interviews, TEAMS interviews, in person interviews and administer competency based testing .
– Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process
– Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
– Utilise social media management tools to enhance recruitment effortsExperience:
– Proven experience in recruitment or human resources
– Strong communication and relationship management skills
