The Growth Company (GC) have a fantastic vacancy available for a Recruitment Administrator to join our Internal Recruitment Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced admin to support our Internal Recruitment Specialists on a range of recruitment-related activities.We are looking for a proactive organiser who is excellent at prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment while always ensuring quality and consistency.GC are an accredited social enterprise, a commercially driven organisation who offer exciting and rewarding careers to our employees. By joining us you can make a real difference to people’s lives and the success of our business.This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule interviews for the Internal Recruitment Team.
  • Update candidate records on the Hireserve applicant tracking system.
  • Responsible for efficient diary management to effectively prioritise daily admin tasks.
  • Responding to calls on our careers line and emails in the Internal Recruitment inbox.
  • Advertise vacancies on job boards and social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Pre-screening candidates on behalf of the Internal Recruitment Specialists.
  • Providing advice to Hiring Managers and colleagues on recruitment procedures and processes.
  • Complete MI as requested by the Internal Recruitment Team Lead.
  • Attend career fairs and other events to promote and enhance the GC brand.
  • Carrying out pre-employment checks as requested.

Skills Required:

  • Administrative experience for 12 months is essential.
  • Evidence of strong customer service skills.
  • Proficient IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Experience conducting tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and procedures is beneficial.
