As a rapidly expanding company with multiple businesses under our umbrella and private equity backing, our Careers Team thrives in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment, managing a diverse and exciting workload.What will you be doing?As a Recruitment Advisor for BES Group, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract, select, and retain top talent. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, implement effective hiring strategies, and deliver an outstanding candidate experienceYou will:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Utilise job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing to identify talent.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates, ensuring alignment with job specifications.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing feedback and recommendations to hiring teams.
  • Maintain an efficient Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and manage candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and constructive feedback.
  • Liaise with external recruitment agencies where necessary and negotiate terms of engagement.

To join our team, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a recruitment role, preferably in an in-house or agency setting.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and hiring regulations.
