About the roleWe have an exciting opportunity for a bi-lingual Recruitment Advisor (French/English) to join our team in Levallois, Paris. The purpose of the role is to attract, interview and recruit permanent positions across designated business areas This is an excellent opportunity for someone with in-house recruitment experience who is energetic and proactive, looking to develop their career in a global organisation.Key responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from approval to offer.
  • Conduct briefing calls with stakeholders and advise on sourcing strategy for roles
  • Direct source and recruit candidates by using various sourcing strategies – Job boards, social media and linked in campaigns
  • Conduct interviews using various competency-based interview techniques/selection criteria
  • Ensure positions are filled within the agreed timescales and agreed key performance indicators
  • Maintain talent pools and communities of candidates for each role using Applicant Tracking System
  • Provide analytical data and market insight to the team and business areas including agency spend.
  • Support and promote the Diversity & Inclusion agenda throughout the hiring cycle
  • Promote company’s brand and values.
  • Support with open days, induction events and attend careers fairs or networking events as appropriate.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of all relevant legislation which affects recruitment and internal mobility.

About you

  • Previous in-house recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment essential
  • International Experience an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to conduct competency based interviews
  • Experience of working with Applicant Tracking Systems desirable
  • Prior experience of LinkedIn and CV database searches and direct sourcing experience
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/negotiation skills.
  • Experience of prioritizing and managing a high workload to tight timelines
