Recruitment and Retention Manager (Social Care)We’re looking for a Recruitment and Retention Manager with proven experience in social care recruitment for both UK and overseas staff, and a deep understanding of CQC and Home Office requirements.The ideal candidate will be collaborative, engaging effectively with managers and teams, and committed to achieving ambitious recruitment and retention targets. You should have experience working with recruitment partners and job boards, setting and managing recruitment budgets, and retaining high-quality staff.
