Recruitment AssistantAward-winning US Law Firm is looking to hire a new Recruitment Assistant to their acclaimed Recruitment Team, who has experience and understanding of working in a legal or professional services recruitment environment and the processes involved. This will be a permanent role based in the firms stunning City based London office.

  • Salary to £35,000
  • Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
  • Involved varied role

The Recruitment Assistant will provide support to the Recruitment Team for all aspects of Attorney Recruitment and Graduate Recruitment functions.Recruitment Assistant Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in launching recruitment search and hiring approvals
  • Oversee administration of candidate application tracking
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-up on interview feedback
  • Coordinate onboarding, pre-employment checks, conflicts, referencing, background checks and work authorisations.
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with external agencies

Recruitment Assistant Key Skills:

  • 1 year+ recruitment experience within a law firm or professional services environment
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills, both verbally and in writing
