Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Horsham
Salary: £26k – £36k basic
Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm flexible hours, hybrid.About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant for our client based in Horsham. • Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best match for each role
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job brief to successful placement

The ideal Recruitment Consultants Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of recruitment experience
• Confident and kind personality
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A positive attitude, resilience, and a hunger for success
