- Implement the candidate strategy specific to your assigned specialism and geographical area, including sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding candidates.
- Provide outstanding Customer Service by understanding role requirements and ensuring a perfect match with candidates.
- Promote our services to clients, targeting new, lapsed, and current clients through cold-calls, spec calls, and networking to secure vacancies and make placements in line with specified targets.
- Account manage clients to build strong relationships, generating repeat and exclusive business opportunities.
