100% Remote Position | Legal Sector Recruitment AgencyAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant/Manager with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with senior hiring managers across Public Sector institutions. This role is open to anyone based in the UK.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in public sector organizations
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for the following:

• Fixed-term contract positions
• Permanent appointments

Essential Experience
&]:mt-2 list-disc space-y-2 pl-8″> * Demonstrable success in public sector recruitment

• Strong network of contacts within Government, Education, and Local Authority sectors
• Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed recruitment targets
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
• Proficiency in remote working and digital recruitment technologies

Desired Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience
• In-depth understanding of public sector recruitment processes and compliance requirements
