We display and expect these beliefs and behaviours from our colleagues equally.The RoleAs a Recruitment Coordinator at Global University Systems, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Recruitment Manager to deliver efficient and effective recruitment services across the UK College Division. Reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and onboarding top talent while ensuring adherence to company values and compliance standards. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for recruitment and excellent organizational skills.Key Activities & Responsibilities:Posting jobs and Managing Job Adverts:

  • Post job vacancies on relevant platforms and manage the backend processes such as advert end-dates and links to the ATS.

Managing Social Media Channels:

  • Update and maintain GUS Recruitment social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter) to enhance candidate attraction and brand awareness.

Monitoring Recruitment Campaigns:

  • Proactively monitor recruitment campaigns during advertising periods, collaborating with Hiring Managers and the Recruitment Manager as needed.

Quality Assurance and Reporting:

  • Lead quality assurance efforts for received CVs and applications, ensuring high standards are met.
  • Manage the ATS to provide timely recruitment reports and updates on recruitment activities.

Onboarding and Compliance:

  • Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process including reference checks, qualifications verification, RTW checks, and induction bookings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations throughout the onboarding journey.

  • Qualifications/Education:
  • A good tertiary education or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge & Skills:
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Experience in posting on websites and managing web forms.
  • Ability to compose professional social media posts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Respect for confidentiality and GDPR compliance knowledge.
  • Experience:
  • Experience in an administrative support role.
  • Familiarity with the recruitment and selection cycle, preferably within the Higher Education (HE) sector.
