• Ensure that requisition and candidate records in the applicant tracking system are up to date.
• Efficiently handle transactions in PeopleSoft to generate employee record.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline recruitment processes.
• Coordinate interview schedules seamlessly, liaising with hiring managers and candidates.
• Collect pending documents for onboarding and ensure completion of required paperwork.
• Organize and maintain onboarding documents for easy retrieval.
• Utilize SharePoint lists and Power BI to export and generate reports.
• Manage the recruitment mailbox, responding to inquiries and directing communications appropriately.

Work Location : Markham, ONIn this position you will work in hybrid model with 3 days per week onsite , with the first three months being onsite.Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or a similar role.
• Post-secondary education with a preference for a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo, PeopleSoft, SharePoint, and experience with Power BI.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
