To our team, we are now looking for an energetic, efficient, and engaged Recruitment Expert in France, to handle local as well as international recruitments.What can you expect in the role?As a Recruitment Expert in our EMEA Recruitment Centre, you will have full life cycle recruitment accountability. You will work in close collaboration with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to provide great candidate experience and ensure we hire talent whose values are in line with ours by screening, interviewing, and conducting assessments. Furthermore, you will:

  • define the candidate search strategy
  • establish candidate profiles in line with business needs, and develop attractive job postings
  • ensure job postings are published and seen in relevant media, platforms, and channels
  • assess skills and suitability of candidates by current and future business needs
  • take part in developing our ways of working, processes, tools, and systems

In addition to this, we are on an exciting development journey within talent acquisition where we are exploring how we can develop a more inclusive recruitment process and way of working. Furthermore, how AI and automation can enhance the candidate experience and reduce less value adding manual work, and how we can reach and engage more with passive candidates internally and externally. We are looking for someone who wants to join us on this journey.What are we looking for?
To be ideal for this position, we believe that you have ample experience in recruitment and a great ability to translate current and future business needs into talent needs. We also expect you to be:

  • Curious about the future of recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Courageous to try new ways of working and explore the unexplored
  • Caring of our candidates, managers and their experience along the way
  • Collaborative with multiple stakeholders i.e.. internal and external, local, regional and global

By that we believe you have:

  • hands-on capability to execute full life cycle recruitment independently
  • a pragmatic approach with great interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid relationships
  • great communication skills, with fluency in English & French
  • university degree in HR, or equivalent working experience
  • experience in SAP SuccessFactors and Assessio or other assessment tools is advantageous
