The Rotman Office of Recruitment, Admissions and Business Development (RABD) recruits and admits talented professionals who aim to push their limits, expand their creativity and develop their leadership potential via one of the School’s nine graduate management programs. The RABD team will achieve this goal using industry-standard best practices in strategic enrolment management.As a Recruitment Officer, you will be part of an innovative, dynamic and collaborative team committed to delivering an exceptional experience for prospective candidates of Rotman’s graduate programs. A critical member of the RABD team, this role will lead initiatives to attract both domestic and international students to Rotman’s suite of nine graduate business programs.Reporting to the Assistant Director, Recruitment & Admissions, you will work with colleagues across the RABD portfolio and the Rotman School to achieve the School’s recruitment goals, and be a key contributor to a dynamic and strategic enrolment management-driven recruitment and admissions operation dedicated to shaping the incoming classes of transformational graduate business programs at the University of Toronto.Your responsibilities will include:
