About the Role:We are looking for a passionate Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator to join our fast paced, growing organisation at HealthHarmonie, headquartered in Edgbaston, Birmingham. We have been established since 2003 and have been growing ever since, in the ever-changing healthcare industry, developing our presence across the UK.As the Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of roles from start to finish whilst being committed to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and onboarding excellence, your role is pivotal in ensuring that our new hires are seamlessly integrated into our company while adhering to all regulatory requirementsKey Responsibilities:Recruitment

  • Review CVs and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Participate in interviews and provide feedback to hiring teams

Onboarding

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new employees during the onboarding process
  • Prepare and distribute onboarding materials, including employee handbooks, policies, and training schedules
  • Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner
  • Verify and process background checks, employment eligibility verification, and other required documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment and onboarding activities

About You:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or HR compliance role
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
