Job Description:We have an exciting opportunity to join our Online Recruitment Team, based at Radar Road, Leicester.This entry-level role in recruitment is ideal for an ambitious individual with some experience or knowledge in the field, providing a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding career in the world of internal recruitment.Salary:£24,931 per annumLocation:The role will be primarily based at Radar Road, Leicester, LE3 1UF.Shift:Full time (36 hours) Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (with flexibility to support recruitment events).You will:As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will support candidates through our volume recruitment process, liaising and engaging with applicants to ensure we deliver an exceptional service and positive experience of NEXT.As a key member of our team, you’ll spend your time engaging with hiring managers across the business, advertising roles, contacting applicants, discussing vacancies, conducting telephone interviews, and scheduling interviews. You should be confident in interacting with various internal and external stakeholders and proficient with multiple IT systems.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an excellent and engaging service to all candidates throughout the recruitment experience.
  • Conduct telephone interviews.
  • Support the face to face recruitment process, ensuring that candidates receive a consistent and exceptional level of service.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand resource requirements and advise them on the best methods of attracting candidates.
  • Manage all internal and external candidate correspondence.
  • Assist with the offer and new starter process, collating all required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports.
  • Work closely with other members of the recruitment team to ensure an efficient recruitment service is delivered to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain legal compliance with all applicable legal requirements including the Working Time Directive, Equality Act and Right to Work documentation.

Skills / Experience Required:

  • Confident communicator, you won’t be shy about picking up the phone!
  • Ideally you will have experience of working autonomously and be a proven self starter.
  • Experience of multi-tasking and managing simultaneous priorities is essential.
  • Enjoy and welcome change.
  • Fantastic verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent IT skills and confident user of Google suite.
  • Driving License is essential as there is a requirement to travel to our Leicester and Doncaster NEXT sites.
