As part of our growth, we’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Sales Consultant to join our team and lead our efforts in this dynamic, fast-moving industry.Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the transport and logistics sector by connecting with potential clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in logistics, transport, warehousing, and supply chain industries.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed individual sales and placement targets, contributing to overall business growth.
- Temporary Staffing Solutions: Provide quick and effective recruitment services, sourcing high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards and networking, and placing them into temporary roles such as drivers, forklift operators, warehouse staff, and logistics coordinators.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends in transport and logistics, offering clients advice on talent availability, and market movements.
- Compliance & Onboarding: Ensure that all temporary workers meet industry-specific legal and compliance requirements, including licenses and certifications, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
What We’re Looking For:
- Industry Knowledge: Experience within recruitment, particularly in the transport, logistics, or supply chain sectors, would be highly advantageous but not essential.
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or recruitment, with a passion for building and growing client relationships.
- Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Target-Oriented: Highly motivated, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets and KPIs.
- Organized & Proactive: Ability to manage multiple client accounts, roles, and candidate pipelines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Team-Oriented: A positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

- 28 days holiday (includes standard Bank Holidays) with an additional week after first two years of service
Hours and pay;
- Office hours are Monday to Friday, 0900-1700 (office based)
- Starting salary of £22,500 basic per annum plus uncapped bonus and on call allowance
- OTE £28,000 in the first year
