Based – Biggin Hill – Kent – 4 days a week onsite 1 day WFHRole Overview:I am looking for a proactive Resourcing Specialist to join my clients team. This role focuses on sourcing top talent through a targeted recruitment approach, primarily using LinkedIn and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will excel in engaging with hiring managers, asking insightful questions, and having meaningful conversations to understand their needs and identify flexible solutions. This role involves building a talent pool and reporting on recruitment metrics through the creation of dashboards.Key Responsibilities:Sourcing: Implement targeted recruitment strategies using LinkedIn and other digital platforms to identify and attract high-calibre candidates.
Engagement: Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, asking the right questions to understand their needs and providing flexible recruitment solutions.
Talent Pool Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pool, creating a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles.
Reporting: Generate and maintain recruitment dashboards to track and report on key metrics, providing insights to improve the recruitment process.
Communication: Engage effectively with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
Qualifications:Proven experience in sourcing and recruitment, preferably within a high-tech or fast-paced industry.
Strong proficiency in using LinkedIn and other digital platforms for targeted recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
Experience in building and managing talent pools.
Ability to create and interpret recruitment reports and dashboards.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
