As a member of the People Recruitment team, the Recruitment Specialist works closely with hiring leaders, the People Partnerships team, and internal & external applicants to effectively facilitate end-to-end recruitment for various positions in the health centre. The Recruitment Specialist ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment & selection process and ensures RVH is consistently represented as a desirable place to work.The Recruitment Specialist also supports other Recruitment and Human Resources activities including but not limited to policy development, researching, planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating best-practice human resources, recruitment, selection, and retention strategies to make recommendations on improving current practice.Education:

Unless otherwise stated applicants must have a minimum educational requirement of Grade 12 or equivalent and must demonstrate proven workplace excellence through commitment to strong job performance and attendance. Please be reminded that as a Regional Health Centre, in order to provide the necessary patient care, our operations run 24/7.
