We’re looking for a Regional Brand Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role is perfect for someone ready to take ownership of sales pipelines, build strong relationships, and drive growth for an iconic automotive brand.As the Regional Brand Development Executive, you’ll:

  • Sell and Promote vehicles, converting both outbound pipeline opportunities (80–90%) and inbound enquiries (10–20%) into sales.
  • Efficiently Manage Enquiries across multiple channels, providing timely and targeted responses.
  • Proactively Drive Sales Pipelines to identify and secure new business, ensuring continuous growth.
  • Ensure Compliance, adhering to GDPR, FCA regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain Information Security by safeguarding data and ensuring compliance with security protocols.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Expertise

  • Deliver compelling presentations and tailored quotes.
  • Negotiate and close sales effectively, promoting the brand positively.
  • Use digital sales tools to influence decision-makers.

Customer Journey Management

  • Respond promptly to enquiries via email, phone, and other channels.
  • Conduct structured meetings with SME decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with local retailers to arrange test drives and quotes.

Pipeline and Operational Excellence

  • Meet sales KPIs and monthly order targets.
  • Maintain detailed CRM records, capturing key customer insights.
  • Identify future opportunities and execute timely follow-ups.

Compliance & Security

  • Follow strict adherence to GDPR, FCA, and company policies.
  • Treat customers fairly and protect sensitive information.

What We’re Looking ForKey Skills & Experience:

  • Proven Sales Skills: Excellent negotiation, closing, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Outstanding Communication: Strong verbal and written communication across all channels.
  • Technical Know-How: Experience with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce or Sage) and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Driven and Resilient: Target-oriented with the ability to handle pressure and rejection.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Adaptable, flexible, and eager to learn.
